The Budget 2014 meeting held on Monday, December 2, 2013 resulted with the Budget being approved without any changes. New Maintenance Fees are as follows:
Spinnaker: $1,853.55
Schooner: $ 2,138.49
Passport: $ 2,538.28
Tradewind: $2,741.94
Invoices will be in the mail next week. The fees are due January 1, 2014. After 15 days a late fee will be charged; 15% annual interest will also be added.
The POA had their meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 2013; which also resulted in passing the presented budget for 2014. The POA has a few items that will be purchased/or completed in 2014: plantings, entrance/exit way, dune crossover, pool furniture and a new golf cart. New Business consisted of a denial for making the pool area non-smoking.
The Golf shop at the Country Club is having a Holiday Sale, stop in and get that perfect gift for your favorite golfer! They offer free gift wrapping, too!! The Golf Shop and the Golf course will be closed for Christmas Day. Pietro's will be offering a Christmas dinner; reservations are required.
The Social Committee members are coming back - the Lobby looks beautiful with the decorations! Thank you to all of them for taking the time to decorate! Maintenance has installed the holiday lights of red & green - a must see at night!!
