Christmas here at Oceanside 1 was celebrated in the Social Room, compliments of the Social Committee organization and the home cooking of several owners to bring together those who were here for the holiday:

A Progressive New Year's Eve Party for tonight has been organized. Last minute guests are invited to the Social Room at 11:30pm.
The Staff is busy preparing for the New Year: service contracts, inspections, owner shutter inspections, owner a/c inspections, stairs for the end of the dune walk, painting various things and the general maintenance of keeping your building a welcoming place.
The Staff wishes for each of you a healthy, sunny and happy 2014! The office will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2014.
